To unzip:

Enter in the name of your FreeSpace/data directory and winzip will do the rest.
Changes.....

All Terran fighters and bombers have their shielding increased
Most Terran fighters and bombers have hull strength increased
all Terran fighters have loadout capacity increased
all Terran fighters have maneuverability better.
Shivan Ship (except dragon#2 and dragon#3) shields have been removed.
The HADES hullpoints have been changed from 800000 to 200000
PVFR Ma'at has a shockwave because of its large explosion radius
