The Hellwolf Chronicles follows a story set in the universe of Descent Freespace. You play 
Jason Cade, a man outside the Galatic Terran Alliance, on the fringes of civilization where 
pirates and outlaws rule. Each individual mission is part of an interlocking campaign that 
advances the story of a society being invaded by Terrans, Vasudans, and Shivans. Play the 
missions, and read the stories between the missions. These are all posted on the campaign 
homepage, GTC Xeneca, at http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Bunker/2468.

Special note from mr. sunshine: 

Mission 5: The Duel, is the last mission in the Hellwolf Campaign. While this campaign was 
intended to be a self-sufficient series of missions, the story grew to be more complex than 
could be narrated in the limitations of this campaign.

Thus, the story ended in this campaign will be used as the basis for the next campaign, The 
Nebula Group. Again, you play a man outside the fringes of GTA establishment. Colin 
McGetrick, of a struggling merchant family in the Allied Guild of Independent Traders, will 
lose everything he ever had, and gain more than he can ever imagine. In the unexplored 
nebulas a dark conspiracy emerges over a weapon that no one imagined, enemies that no one 
can defeat, and heroes that no one suspected. The battle against the Shivans is raised to a 
new level...
