This isn't a MOD at all, it is only the original ship and weapons .TBL files released with FreeSpace.  

You can extract and decode these files from your original .VP file by using Descent Manager VPView32.  Some gamers may not be comfortable with VPView32 or may need to reinstall the original files after installing a MOD (although deleting the ships.tbl and weapons.tbl will achieve the same result, as FreeSpace will then look into the VP file).  Others might need this as a baseline to compare the MODs against.  If you need the original FreeSpace ship and weapon table files (not Silent Threat), this is yet another option.
